My 95 Suzuki samurai has a check engine light. My speedometer cable broke and the code says speed sensor. It’s an old hunting Suzuki and I do not want to replace or need the speedometer. Can I disconnect something to turn the light off
There’s a reed switch in the speedo that tells the ECM your speed. Replacing the cable is the best. pulling out the light bulb behind the check engine will fix it. It’s a shame though, the 95 is pretty rare and having a fully functioning factory fuel injection is very cool. Good luck.
Robert/Nick: Many thanksresponses. I may be interested to hear involving any positive aspects to the SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION promotions as soon as it is put in place.
