SUTHERLIN, OR. —The HAZ-FEST is an event put on by a local land-owner proclaimed by their website to be for the common wheeler. What we found was a lot of mud spittin’ and axle twistin’ action and a strong Suzuki showing.

The large and excited group made the most out of the surroundings by finding difficult lines and passages in the terrain. Overall, there wasn’t much hard core trail to be covered but there was plenty of play spots to really get your rig twisted up, buried, or rolled over.

As you can see, there were quite a few Suzuki there including more Sidekicks and Trackers then normally seen. People, vehicle, and obsticle watching is the order of the day as food and drink is ingested. Several “bet you can’t” challenges are met, some are not, but fun is had by all who attend. If you are interested in attending the next Haz-fest, keep your eye on their web site for updates.
